Discount price removed also not applied when change order status manually from woocommerce admin panel

I have order one item from woocommerce site with coupon code. Order placed successfully with coupon code and order details showing in admin panel with processing status. Issue is that when i change order status from backend then discount price removed also not calculating price with coupon code.

Please help fix this issue.

I think it's conflict issue but i am not able to got this issue. So, expecting any one got this issue and fixed this issue. Please help me
