Laravel 10. Redirect from http://0.0.0.0:80 to https://ift.tt/rehs9vw

I'm new in PHP and Laravel. I could not launch main page of laravel 10. I suppose I have to click on link: http://0.0.0.0:80 and see starting page but instead of this I was redirected to https://gitlab.example.com/. Maybe I set somewhere default http ? What is problem ?
