I cant extract .php files [closed]

I cant extract .php files

Can somebody help me with this? I downloaded a zip with .php files in it and when I try to extract them I always get

"error 0x80004005 unspecified error an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file if you continue to receive this error you can use the error cod to search for help with this problem"

when I run "php --version" in cmd it shows that I have it installed

I also downloaded xampp and still can't get it to work

Can anyone who knows what the problem is tell me how to fix it please,

I have never coded or anything before and i got my first computer only 10 days agoI am a noob and im using a Windows rdp 2022 id very much like to be able to extract these files After I extract them im supposed to put them in c:\xampp\hotdogs and I already figured that out.
